Paragon City, Dec. 05- Darkness seemed to loom in Paragon City. Unseen forces were causing dissent amongst many of the heroes. Rumors abound of a Evil Mastermind who had plans for taking control of Paragon City. Some well known and established Groups were falling apart, foremost amongst them, was Xen of Onslaught. Big Anthem, one of their many proud members saw the fall was coming, and partnered with Justice Avenger

to coalition the best Heroes that Paragon City had to offer and form Justice International. They United and became a beacon of justice that has been unseen outside of The Freedom Phalanx. Thanks to the help of one of their judges, Zetawave discovered the threat that destroyed so many hero groups, came from an evil organization called Arachnos.
